Our Commitment
Three Counties Children's Services is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child and young person in our care. All staff share responsibility for creating safe, nurturing homes where children feel protected, heard, and valued.

How We Keep Children Safe
Our approach includes safer recruitment, ongoing supervision and training, clear reporting routes, trauma-informed practice, and regular review of risk and care planning. Staff are expected to remain vigilant, curious, and child-centred at all times.
Reporting A Concern
If you are worried about the safety or wellbeing of a child connected with our service, please contact us immediately through our Contact page. In an emergency, dial 999. Concerns can also be raised with the relevant local authority children's services or the police.
Whistleblowing
Staff and partners are encouraged to raise concerns about practice or safeguarding without fear of detriment. Concerns will be taken seriously and handled in line with our internal procedures.
Governance
Safeguarding arrangements are overseen through our management and governance structures, with clear accountability for safer care, recording, and review.
